Erectile Dysfunction
Nancy, could you explain me details about erection dysfunctions? How does it happen and how to cure it?
There are a lot of physical and psychological causes of erectile dysfunction. Reduced blood flow to the penis and nerve damage are the most common physical causes. Underlying conditions related to erectile dysfunction include the following:
Vascular disease- Diabetes
- Drugs
- Hormone disorders
- Neurologic conditions
- Pelvic trauma, surgery, radiation therapy
- Peyronie's disease
- Venous leak
- Psychological conditions
So, it is always my advice that you see a doctor first, so you can narrow down why you are having erectile dysfunction. As far as treatment for erectile dysfunction:
Sex Therapy
A significant number of men develop impotence from psychological causes that can be overcome.
Medical Treatment
- Oral Medications like Viagra or Levitra.
- Self-Injection to produce erections for about a half-hour.
- Penis pumps can help produce erections in men who are already able to get a semi.
I hope this helps. My first advice is to see a professional to understand why the erectile dysfunction is occurring.

BLACK GOLD ... exclusively distributed by Somalab
Although Black Gold falls under the “orgasm enhancer” category, this supplement has all-around beneficial enhancement properties stretching beyond just the sexual. BG contains Somalab’s same proprietary ingredient, Cernate that makes Serogen and Serogen SP so effective in strengthening and intensifying orgasms. However, BG only has 230 mg. of Cernate (as opposed to 320mg in SP). One of the elements that make this product unique is its Golden Kat blend (200 mg.) which consists of mostly Longjack root (5:1 extract) with a touch of yohimbe bark (10% yohimbe) and very small amount (a “kicker”) of caffeine (which aids in accelerating the blend’s results).
But what makes this product exceptional is the inclusion of a “key kicker”: BG contains 20 mg. of “flush” niacin (also known as vitamin B3). Niacin’s properties cause small blood vessels (called “capillaries”) to increase in size. A great deal of your body, particularly the parts near the surface (exterior skin areas) get their ONLY supply of blood (also oxygen!) from these small capillaries. So, if these capillaries are not carrying blood, then these parts of the body are not getting sufficient nourishment and oxygen. By increasing the size of your capillaries, these vessels can carry two or three blood cells at the same time. This is a tremendous increase in blood flow!
Although the niacin dosage is well below 100 mg, some people experience a “niacin flush,” which causes surface itching and red skin. This sensation can last for 10 minutes or as long as an hour. This niacin “glow” is not harmful or dangerous. Some people worry about it, but it is actually a sign of very healthy cleansing and improved blood flow.
[A list of detailed niacin studies can be found at oralchelation.com/technical/niacin1.htm]
The combination of all these ingredients sets Black Gold in its own category, and is why I haven’t grouped it an any one specific field. Besides the orgasmic strengthening achieved with Cernate, BG’s multipart impulse supplement will improve physical and mental performance, enhance endurance and stamina, reduce mental fatigue and exhaustion, and strengthen immune system.
Somalab reports a solid reorder rate. For the men who are not adverse to an initial niacin flush (and can harness this flush sensation to their advantage), they have made BG their Somalab product of choice.
Somalab offers a 30-day supply as well as 10-day “starter kits” of BG.
You can visit Somalab’s informational Website (www.black-gold.net) to order or you can call the distributer toll-free number (1-866-SOMALAB) to order or request a product catalog.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO MY READERS
As a service to all my readers the following are simple ways to sniff out potentially bogus or inferior sexual products currently doing business on the Internet (there are many).
1) Make sure the company lists its physical address (usually in "Contact" or "About us" tab on the home page. If there is no physical listing, the company probably doesn't exist.
2) Be even more suspect if there is no telephone number to place an order or handle customer care questions or returns.
3) If there is a phone order number, call to make sure you are indeed calling the company that is selling the product. If you get an operator at a "general" call center (these places sometimes sell anything from bed mattresses to sex toys) or If you're not sure you've reached one of these call centers), ask the operator what other products are sold. Another good way of finding out is to ask a bunch of challenging questions about the product you're interested in. You'll know right away if the operator sells only the product you are calling about, or has a notebook in front of him/her with many different products and simply reads off a page when asked about your particular product.
Lastly, any deals, offers or claims that are too good to be true ("3 or more inches" "500%" increase" . etc., most likely they are FAR, FAR from true. So far from the truth, they are most likely false.
